By accessing and using the services provided by AI Business Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

AI Business Solutions provides artificial intelligence and automation services for businesses, including but not limited to:

• Business process automation solutions
• Customer insight and analytics platforms
• Task delegation and management systems
• Custom AI implementation and consulting
• Related technology services and support

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by AI Business Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Business Solutions from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements according to the terms specified in individual contracts. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, except where prohibited by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
